So what's the deal with 18AAA? - Guest - 05-14-2022

Are they going to be able to field a team?  I heard tryouts had very few players there.  Did lots of players turn down invites?  Is daddy coach trying to build a national super team for his kid?  I know a lot of 05s decided to go elsewhere rather than stay, and a lot of 04s from Chandler are staying put, but still.

Regardless, disappointing that AAHA has put themselves on a path to effectively destroy Tier I hockey for Arizona players.  How sad for the next several years until someone realizes the talent leaving Arizona is accelerating.  Thank you Bobcats for maintaining your integrity and focusing on player development.  Keep showing the Jr Coyotes how its done.

Hearing they're rounding out the roster with out of staters and special invites.
Isn't there now a cap on out of staters? Even if so, little Timmy can now live with uncle Tommy and now be considered an Arizonan for USA Hockey purposes.
