Better Youth House/Development Program North Phoe/Scotts?
I’m a parent of a 7yo who is just starting out in hockey. He has done some prehockey classes and Little Howlers. Now we are starting to consider which youth house program might be the best for us. This question is directed to parents, players and coaches with any personal experiences. Between the House programs at AZIce in Peoria and the IceDen in North Scottsdale… which house program is better at developing young players and why? Thank you in advance for and responses or recommendations.
Honestly at that age it really doesn't matter, there isn't much specific development from an association that's going to make a long term difference. So long as they are getting ice time, following UA Hockey's ADM guidelines, and developing a love of the game, its up to the player to pick it up. And there's plenty of time for catch up.

Ironically, the best development you can do for your kid is ensure they are active in other sports and physical activities.
